Wearable digital fabric structure made with 3D printing | “Wearable Technologies” project
HEXUBI illustrates and objectifies the action-reaction, repetitive and recognizable perception processes underlying communication, by visualizing the relation between light and movements. The 3D-printed programming-driven fabric reacts reflexively to its environment. HEXUBI is both a chameleon and a tiny colibri who is trying to hide or, on the contrary, distinguishes itself from the space around it in the most appropriate color combinations.
